The Fresno County Economic Opportunities Commussion Mission is "To humanely focus all available resources to empower low-income families and individuals working toward the skills, knowledge, and motivation for self-sufficiency."
Fresno County EOC is the largest community action agency in the Central Valley with over 30 programs that serve our community. Programs for youth and young adults like Sanctuary Youth Shelter, Local Conservation Corp, Youthbuild, Health Services Teen Connection, and our School of Unlimited Learning (SOUL). Our preschool education programs include Head Start, Early Head Start and School Age Child Care. The WIC Program, Energy Assistance, transit and food services and our community and economic development programs are all to better serve the Fresno County community.
